Terms of Use
使用吃吃记前，请阅读这些条款。它们说明账号、内容、合理使用和账号注销等规则。
Before using Nomnom, please read these terms. They explain rules for accounts, content, acceptable use, and account deletion.
接受条款
当您注册账号或使用吃吃记的任何功能时，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意本协议。如果您不同意，请勿使用本应用。
By creating an account or using any feature of Nomnom, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
您的账号
您需要提供可接收验证码的邮箱，并对账号下的活动负责。请妥善保管登录信息，不要冒用他人身份或将账号转借他人。如发现账号异常，请尽快修改密码。
You need to provide an email address that can receive verification codes, and you are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in details secure, do not impersonate others, and do not share your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, please change your password promptly.
您的内容
您拍摄或上传的照片、地点、备注等内容归您所有。为提供记录、图片处理、展示与同步功能，您授权吃吃记在必要范围内保存、处理和传输这些内容。请不要上传违法、侵权或侵犯他人隐私的内容。
The photos, locations, notes, and other content you create remain yours. To provide recording, image handling, display, and sync features, you allow Nomnom to store, process, and transmit that content as needed. Please do not upload unlawful, infringing, or privacy-invasive content.
合理使用
请勿利用本应用从事违法行为、批量滥用接口、绕过验证码、攻击服务，或干扰其他用户正常使用。对于明显滥用或违法行为，我们可能限制、暂停或终止相关账号的使用。
Do not use the app for unlawful purposes, bulk interface abuse, captcha bypassing, service attacks, or interference with other users. For clear abuse or unlawful activity, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate the related account.
服务现状
吃吃记按「现状」提供，我们会尽力保证服务稳定，但不对其绝对无中断或无错误作出保证。请注意定期备份您认为重要的内容。
Nomnom is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Please keep your own backups of anything important.
账号注销与数据删除
您可以在应用内注销账号。注销后，服务器上属于该账号的记录和照片将被删除，且无法恢复。注销前请确认您已保存需要保留的内容。
You may delete your account in the app. After deletion, records and photos belonging to that account are removed from the server and cannot be restored. Please save anything you want to keep before deleting your account.
条款变更
我们可能会不时更新本协议。重大变更会通过应用内提示或更新说明告知您，继续使用即视为接受更新后的条款。
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via an in-app notice or release notes. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
